need help with version 3 please

hi need help please, i love luanchmate 3. i had to reformat and also got the windows sp2 pack, now adding porgrams back on would love to add use version 3, but i cant get the one i had stored before to install.. and i have looked all over the web cant find one now that will install. i have treid the new version 4, but when i add catergories, buttons the next time i reboot the bar is blank again, it wont allow the catogories and button to stay embedded, can any one send me a good version 3 i can install are help me firgure out how to make version 4 to hold what i embedd , really like version 3 and want to use it again, thx
