tooltip displays off-screen

I'm using the latest LM 3.0.0.21, but when my button bar fills-up to the right (I have it fixed fullwidth just above the windows staskbar) with buttons, at the last button effectively the tooltip display offscreen to the right (therefore not visible).
So it seems the bugfix stated in the history is not completely fixed....?
